Why work for us?
We believe we are at our best when our colleagues, clients, and community progress.
Everything we do is guided and driven by our values of teamwork, proactivity, self-development, positivity, support, work life balance, creativity, mindfulness.
These values are the foundations on which our organisation is built. It is who we are every single day.
Our belief is that opportunities are created. We celebrate innovation, encourage exploration of unconventional and bold ideas. We welcome those who think differently, who bring diversity of background, skills, experiences and perspectives with them.
We believe that an inclusive and engaged culture is vital; that everyone’s value should be recognised and celebrated; and that every colleague has the same opportunity to fulfil their potential which we actively support through our training and mentoring initiatives.
What’s more, we believe very strongly in our local community – giving something back through volunteering, fundraising and generally being there for those who need support on our doorstep.

What do you love about working here?
I work part-time hours, occasionally longer when the work requires me to do so. I have absolutely no problem doing so as the environment is so welcoming.
