Platten’s is an amazing, beautiful and exciting place to work and no day is ever the same. We are hiring throughout the year for both part-time and full-time members of staff for our shop, take-away, restaurant, apartments and kitchen teams.
If you value yourself and can work as part of a fantastic, vibrant, and incredibly supportive team, then we would love you to apply for one of our roles.
Why work for us?
We believe we are at our best when our colleagues, clients, and community progress.
Everything we do is guided and driven by our values of teamwork, proactivity, self-development, positivity, support, work life balance, creativity, mindfulness.
These values are the foundations on which our organisation is built. It is who we are every single day.
Our belief is that opportunities are created. We celebrate innovation, encourage exploration of unconventional and bold ideas. We welcome those who think differently, who bring diversity of background, skills, experiences and perspectives with them.
We believe that an inclusive and engaged culture is vital; that everyone’s value should be recognised and celebrated; and that every colleague has the same opportunity to fulfil their potential which we actively support through our training and mentoring initiatives.
What’s more, we believe very strongly in our local community – giving something back through volunteering, fundraising and generally being there for those who need support on our doorstep.Find vacancies
Why do we do it?
Because we absolutely love making memories for everybody both within and outside of our organisation. With each other, our customers, our suppliers and our local community.
Using our values as a guide we are passionate about what we are creating, a place where you want to come and spend time with other incredibly talented, friendly and passionate people, be inspired and inspiring and not be afraid to do things differently.
